When Are Cherries In Season?

Cherries are in season during the summer months in North America, peaking around June. From around the month of June until August, cherries are grown all across the country as well as in Europe and Australia.

These are the most common places to find cherries and they do not respond well to the cold, hence why they are considered to be strictly a summer fruit.

In Australia however they can be grown as late as December because of the fact that it is not as cold there as it is in North America and Europe around that time of the year.
