Is Salmon Safe During Pregnancy?

Certain types of fish can contain a high amount of mercury which pregnant women will want to avoid for obvious reasons. Salmon also contains a lot of great things like omega-3 fatty acids as well as high levels of protein which are good for both mother and child.
