Is Salmon Belly Good For You?

Salmon is good for you in a number of ways, including the fact that it has a very significant amount of protein in it. There are many different types of seafood that are good for you such as carp and tuna, though salmon has a minimal amount of mercury in it unlike many other types of fish.

This type of fish also contains what are known as omega-3 fatty acids which are good for the brain because it helps it perform a wide variety of functions, all of which are extremely important. Although some people are turned off by certain types of fish because they are said to be “high in fat”, they actually contain very little triglycerides which is essentially the “bad” type of fat that resides in the blood.
