Is Garlic Allowed On The Dukan Diet?

There are certain foods which are allowed on the Dukan diet and many others which are not. Garlic is one of the foods which is allowed on this particular diet along with other foods like vinegar, onions, stevia which is a natural sweetener, lemon juice, and salt as long as it is consumed in moderation.

There are certainly many health benefits to eating garlic, such as the fact that it has been known to decrease cholesterol and blood pressure levels over time. Even sugar-free chewing gum is allowed on this diet, thought it stresses the importance of cutting down on sweets and anything with lots of sugar in it.
