Do Pecans Have Caffeine?

A vast majority of nuts, including pecans, do not contain any caffeine at all. Other nuts that do not contain any cholesterol at all include Brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and cashews. The kola nut is really the only type of nut that contains any caffeine and it I used in the making of different types of soda.

Those who are trying to avoid caffeine as much as possible will still be able to eat plenty of pecans; they are extremely healthy for you because of all the vitamins and minerals which they contain as well as key nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy.
