Do Peaches Grow On Trees?

Peaches grow on what are called deciduous trees which means that they fall off at the point of maturity. These trees can grow anywhere from 13 to 33 feet tall and are part of the rosaceae family.

The flowers bloom in the early spring and they are usually quite broad. The flesh which forms on the peaches as they grow is known for being quite delicate.

Growing one’s own peach tree can provide fresh fruit; however it can present quite a few challenges for those who are not experienced at doing this type of gardening and cultivating of fruit trees.
