Can Salmon Be Frozen?

Salmon can and should be frozen, especially if you do not planning on eating it within the next couple days after getting it home from the supermarket. In order to avoid this altogether you will want to think about storing your salmon in the freezer where it will be completely safe to eat as long as you need. When you put your salmon in the refrigerator it will only last up to 4 days, which is exactly why people who need to store it for longer should do so in the freezer and nowhere else.
