Can Avocados Cause Gas?

There are certain foods that are known to cause gas but avocados are not one of them. In fact doctors recommend that people who have problems with gas on a regular basis eat specific foods like avocados along with applesauce, melons, raisins, apples, prunes, and fruit cocktail. All of these foods have been proven to help with gas in those who have problems with it.

If you suffer from gas it is highly recommended that you take the time to look for foods that do not have a lot of fiber in them, because it is those which you will want to concentrate on as much as possible when trying to relieve gas.
