Walnuts definitely make great snacks because they are healthy alternatives to many of the junk foods which people seem to consume as much as possible on a regular basis. These nuts also have lots of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in them which are beneficial to the body in a number of ways. Walnuts also have anti-inflammatory properties which make them a great treatment for certain conditions that are centered around inflammation as a cause.
