There are certain types of foods which the Paleo diet does and does not allow. Cherries however are one of the fruits which are completely acceptable to eat. A vast majority of fruits and vegetables are allowed on this diet and cherries are most definitely one of them.

With all of the different health benefits there are to eating cherries, it is really no wonder why they are allowed on this particular diet.
